What’s Covered?

  • Towing (up to 15 km)
    If your scooter breaks down due to a mechanical issue, we’ll tow it up to 15 km to the nearest mechanic—free of charge.
  • Mechanical Breakdowns
    If the scooter stops working because of a fault (not caused by rider damage), assistance will be arranged at no extra cost.
  • Emergency Support
    If you’re stranded and unsure what to do, our support team is available to guide you.

What’s NOT Covered?

  • Towing Beyond 15 km
    Extra distance will be charged at standard towing rates.
  • Flat Tyres
    You’re responsible for checking tyre pressure and handling punctures.
  • Out of Fuel
    Please keep an eye on your fuel gauge—running out is not considered a mechanical issue.
  • Lost or Stolen Keys
    Replacement keys and locksmith callouts are at your own expense.
  • Accidental Damage
    If the scooter is involved in an accident, recovery and repair costs will follow your rental agreement and insurance coverage.

How to Request Roadside Assistance

  1. Gather Information
    • Note your exact location (street, suburb, nearby landmarks).
    • Briefly describe the issue.
    • Have your rental details ready (scooter ID, your name, and contact number).
  2. Contact Support
    • Message or call us on WhatsApp (faster response).
    • You can also email, but response time may be longer.
  3. Wait Safely
    • Stay in a safe, well-lit location.
    • Don’t try to fix the scooter unless instructed.
    • Please note that wait times can vary from 30 mins to 4 hours in busy periods.

    Yes, we provide standard Roadside Assistance for all active rentals.

  • How far will you tow my scooter?

    We cover towing for up to 15 km from the breakdown location. Charges for extra distance from incident location is rider’s responsibility.

  • What if I get a flat tyre?

    Flat tyres on scooter or motorcycles are not covered as there is no spare tyre on the vehicle.

    However, you can request towing to the nearest mechanic or our workshop, or any other location.

    But please note that towing over 15 KMs would incur extra charges, which has to be paid by rider.

  • Can I call roadside assistance if I run out of fuel?

    No, running out of fuel is not covered. Please check your levels regularly.

  • What should I do if I lose the keys?

    Contact support immediately. You will be responsible for the cost of key replacement and any locksmith services.

  • How fast is Roadside Assistance response time?

    It depends on your location, time and day your request comes in. For your reference, it can take anywhere from 30 mins to 4 hours.
