Recommended Maintenance Intervals

Our scooters are maintained on a mileage and time-based schedule—whichever comes first:

First Service – 500 km or 1 Month

Purpose: Catch early wear and adjust components
Includes:

  • Engine oil change
  • Brake and electrical system check
  • Chain lubrication and adjustment

Regular Service – Every 2,500–3,000 km or 3 Months

Purpose: Maintain performance and safety
Includes:

  • Oil and filter change
  • Brake pad check
  • Tyre pressure and tread check
  • Battery health and air filter

Major Service – Every 6,000 km or 6 Months

Purpose: Full system check to avoid future issues
Includes:

  • Engine tuning and spark plug replacement
  • Suspension and steering check
  • Belt or chain replacement (if needed)
  • Tyre inspection or replacement

Annual Service – Every 12,000 km or 12 Months

Purpose: Ensure long-term safety and performance
Includes:

  • Full vehicle diagnostic
  • Brake fluid and coolant check

    Missing a scheduled service can affect your scooter’s performance and may result in additional charges. Always book your service as soon as it’s due.

  • What if I reach the time limit before the kilometres?

    Whichever comes first—mileage or time—is when your service is due. Even low-use scooters need regular checks.

  • Is the cost of servicing included in the rental?

    Yes, the cost of routine services is covered, provided you follow the schedule and use our authorised service centres.

  • Can I do the service myself?

    Vehicle servicing is included in your rental agreement, which mean you don’t have to pay for servicing as long as you follow the schedule and use our authorised service centres.

    If you want to get the service done yourself, we might not be able to reimburse any of full amount.

    Also important thing to note is that servicing can only done through authorised mechanics to maintain the vehicle’s warranty and rental coverage. If you get the service done yourself, you will have to provide Service Records (receipt and invoice) for us to keep records for Warranty purpose.

    Not provide Servicing Records will be termed as missed service and additional charges may apply.

  • How do I know when my scooter is due for service?

    You can request via WhatsApp about your vehicle’s Service Interval. You should be able to check your last service date SOON in your rental records.
