Proof of Identity
We require all customers to submit valid Proof of Identity (POI) documents before starting a scooter subscription. These help us confirm your identity, your place of residence, and that the bank account you use is genuinely yours. This helps ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with our verification process.
- Utility bills (Electricity, Gas, Internet)
- Lease or Rental Agreement
- Australian Rider’s Licence that shows your current address
1. Medicare Card or International Passport
Why we ask for this:
Government-issued IDs help us verify your identity and comply with legal requirements.
You can provide either:
- A valid Medicare Card issued in Australia
- A valid International Passport with matching personal details
These documents are used to confirm your name and identity.
2. Australian or Overseas Rider’s Licence
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Make sure your license is valid for the vehicle you’re subscribing to. For engine size of the vehicle, refer to the

- Australian Rider’s Licence
- Overseas Rider’s Licence (must be valid)
Important for French Licence Holders
Check your license category:
- AM Category: Suitable for scooters up to 50cc
- A1 or A2 Category: Suitable for scooters up to 125cc (including ours)

3. Proof of Address
Why we ask for this:
This confirms your residential address matches the information provided during sign-up. It’s an essential security and compliance step.
Accepted documents include:
- Utility bills (electricity, gas, internet)
- Lease or rental agreement
- An Australian Rider’s License showing your current address
- Bank Statement
- Proof of Account/ Proof of Balance Document
4. Proof of Bank Account
Why we ask for this:
We verify your bank account ownership before setting up direct debit for subscription payments.
You can provide one of the following:
- A Proof of Balance document (recommended – it serves dual purposes)
- A recent Bank Statement showing your full name, account number, and recent transactions
Simplifying Your Submission
If you’re using an Overseas Rider’s Licence, you can often simplify your submission. A Proof of Balance document may already include both your address and your bank account ownership, so you might not need to upload separate documents.
How to Submit Your Documents
You can upload your POI documents securely:
- At our workshop when you arrive
- Alternatively, if you want to reserve the vehicle, you can let us know and we can sign you up over the phone where we will send you a link to upload all the documents.
